What's the role?

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to compose our talented team in Hilti! This role will have direct impact in our business and we are looking for an employee that can perform in an international working culture.

What does the role involve?

As Sales Consultant, you’ll be part of a new project that we will be launching in Latin America. Because of that, you´ll be able to interact with our leadership team of different countries and help us implement this project in Argentina. This will bring you a lot of responsibility and personal development from day one.

Besides helping us with the launch, you´ll be able to support the selling of this new product in our Key account customers and get to know our value proposition from the core of our business.

Ours is a model of professional consultative selling, and it’s a really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and after-care that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about nurturing relationships with warm and responsive customers, and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.

Our tools are chosen to build safer homes for ordinary people, as wellas luxury hotels, high-speed railways and world-class stadiums

What you need is:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related areas
  • Advanced knowledge of English is necessary to develop this function.
  • National mobility is required.
  • MBA is desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment, courage and competitive drive
  • A thirst to learn and challenge yourself
